• Welcomming Customer with polite greeting by smily face.
• Clear conversation while taking orders and suggestive with extra items
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, Ice tea or hot teas.
• Suggest and upselling nearly expiry pastries.
• Serve prepared foods, such as sandwich, muffins, cakes, biscotti or bagels.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Clean service or seating areas.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Weighs, grinds and pack coffee for customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Good cleaning and sanitation skills
• Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areas assigned
• Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed
• Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Able to perform as a good team member
• Completes all closing duties in an efficient manner
• Dedicated to helping the kitchen run smoothly
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards
