AL HAMADI is engaged in Pre-fabricated Buildings, Fire Rated Cabins, Sandwich Panel Cabins, Steel Structure,
Carpentry & Aluminum, Turn Key Labor, Staff Accommodation and Site Offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare the bid together with the necessary technical / commercial
requirements as per the tender documents.
• Prepare necessary shop drawing in consultation with consultants/ Project Engineer.
• Prepare samples, material submission and approval.
• Pre contract and technical clarification with the client.
• Prepare the programme of work for overall progress and distribution of manpower.
• Co-ordination with site engineers and prepares the project requirements.
• Continuously monitor and control project schedule progress of work and take
the necessary corrective measures when required.
• Review project maintenance and its successful hanging over.
• Prepares As Built drawings.
• Perform design/drafting assignments requiring a working knowledge of
design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques.
• Maintain drawing registries for all drawings by design consultants, contractors,
the Project Management Team.
• Provide final preliminary and concept drawings from sketches that may
be used in the scoping document and tender packages for the acquisition of
design, specialty, and construction contractors.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and take their notes and modifications.
• Analyze, design and build business/technical solutions that deliver the client’s goal.
• Prepare & Understand importance of accuracy and high quality presentation.
• Prepare drawings from sketches supplied by engineers.
• Develops strong working relations inside and outside the team to achieve common goals.

is engaged in Designed, re-manufacturer, refurbishment, installation
and commissioning of Chiller unit, Condenser, Cooling towers, Boilers and
Industrial radiators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designed drawings of different assembly by using AutoCAD software.
• Actual measurement and drawing at site on Cooling Systems
(Condenser, Evaporator, Air Handling Unit, Steam Coils, Cooling Tower and All types of Heat Exchanger)
• Provided field work to assist with design, modification and installation of engineering projects on scheduled time.
• Hand sketches for the design drawings and specifications.
