1. Monitor all the patient in the hospital especially to the absconded patient
2. Checked the gate pass to the death patient
3. Checked the garbage truck of the hospital if they going out
4. Control the visitors who carry children because children below 10yrs old are not allowed in the hospital

2.Record the in and out of the tenant, unit owner and visitors
4.Checked the basement parking area if there is illegal parking
5.Give the monthly dues bill to the tenant and the unit owner
