- Performed in all phases of architectural drawings and assisted the clients throughout the project from schematic conception to final completion.
- Collaborate with various engineering disciplines (structural and MEP) to provide optimized design and engineering solution.

- Residential Villas
As passionate architects, together with my friend, we established our own company as a partnership for the design of residential villas and worked as a Subcontractor in general construction project. Unfortunately, due to a lack of network, we decided to cease the operation after a year of hard work.
Key Accomplishments:
- Responsible for managing a small team of design and site professionals.
- Served as a principal architect for the design of five (5) Private Villas.
- Completed a contract agreement between EEI Corporation (Main Contractor) and our company (Subcontractor) in masonry works for 38-Storey mixed-use tower. Contract amount (1, 200, 000 PHP).
Projects: - Residential, Offices, Commercial and Institutional buildings
Key Responsibilities:
- Worked closely with Project Manager for the preparation of concept designs, working drawings and 3D perspectives of Private Villas, Showrooms, STC Offices, and other government projects.
- Review, analyze and modify construction plans and prepared details and shop drawings for actual site implementation.
- Prepare quantity estimates and as-built drawings as required.
- Coordinate with the subcontractors’ regarding design and material issues and visit the site if necessary.
- Evaluate and review subcontractors’ accomplishment billings.
Projects: - ANCHOR SKYSUITES, Manila (56-Storey mixed-use building)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision and work inspection of 20+ groups of masonry subcontractors’ for the construction of all masonry wall partitions from 8th to 56th floor levels, started from 1st layer of blocks to finished plaster.
- Coordinate with other site professionals to successfully manage the project and implement an efficient system of operation.
- Update subcontractors’ accomplishments; provide punch listings, daily monitoring and evaluates subcontractors’ weekly progress billings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Started as a Junior Architect and grew over the years with increasing responsibilities heading major projects.
- Worked on over 20 projects and have been involved in various stages of project design, from conceptual design until the execution in the site.
- Major role was to prepare concepts, detailed drawings 3D presentations and site inspections. This company widened my perspective and knowledge about the field of architecture.
