Maintains and oversees Sultan Centers daily Online Operations from stock replenishment to Last Mile delivery.
Lead and organize the replenishment, fulfillment and last mile team to secure efficient execution of online order processing.
Ensures availability of stocks at an optimum level (Minimum 90 percent stock availability)
Ensures on time delivery of online orders as per committed delivery time slots across all kuwait locations.
Maintains and oversees Inventory/Fulfillment section’s daily shift activity.
Lead and organize the inventory/fulfillment team to secure efficient execution of the inventory processes and fulfilment of customer orders.
Ensures that inventory cycle count is properly carried out as planned for stock accuracy and fulfillment of all customer orders.
Ensure accurate movement of inventory by scheduling stocks to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
Responsible for the efficient handling of the daily central warehouse unit operations for Ikea Kuwait.
Lead, organize and inspire the goods flow team in the warehouse to secure availability of stocks, efficient execution of the replenishment and order picking process.
Ensures that on shelf availability of stocks (OSA) are in optimal level for the fulfillment of all customer orders.
Ensure that the delivery shipments are staged and loaded as per agreed working methods and routines.
Responsible for the efficient handling of the daily warehouse operations for KCC Central Store operations, Cake and Bake and other KCC’s major store locations in Kuwait.
Responsible for the accurate monitoring and control of warehouse inventories. (Which includes inventory of food, Non-food items and various company fixed assets).
Responsible for the efficient flow of goods into, through and out of KCC’s storage facilities. Liaises with all co-functional department to ensure that each material requests are properly issued on time.
