• QAR/QA/QCI Site Quality Manager Internal Auditor DOD Technical Inspector (aircraft) on General Atomics UAV's MQ-9's, and MQ-1's for the Air Force OCONUS since 01/2017 DOD for the Air Force Unmanned Aerial (UAV’s) Vehicle Program in Theater, (Iraq-Afghanistan-Africa).
• 2017 authored the FOD Prevention Plan which included the Site FOD Prevention Plan, The FOD SOP and an extensive Excel spreadsheet to keep track of FOD items found at 2 separate sites in Theater.
• Prepared the site for our first GFR/GGR audit and risk assessment review.
• Directed and assisted the site’s training representative.
• The before mentioned items contributed to the positive and high remarks and feedback for the risk assessment and audit from the GGR and GFR conducted on 26th November 2017.
• Assisted in the documentation to include Accident/Incident Reporting QA-FM-103, and Incident Data Collection, Evaluation QA-FM-102, and Aircraft Impound initiated 17th August 2017.
• Speared headed in an ‘AOA’ issue on one of the aircraft which required a weight and balance-inclination verification and or adjustment as well as other insights on other complicated maintenance issues on other aircraft as needed.
• Initiating a Controlled Form "QA-FM-# Multiple Employee Acknowledge Record" to capture and ensure compliance for essential. “Read and Signs” and other items that may present themselves to include items included in, “Corrective Actions” for non-conforms and QCI, SL, PS’s technical observations of trends that could potentially cause adverse conditions.
• Extremely proficient in the AWBS system and computation for the MQ-9 and MQ-1 aircraft.
• Successfully completed the Aerospace Lead Auditor Course AS9100 (rev D)
