 Awareness, understanding, and competence in the technical aspects and delivery of Estidama and sustainability principles.
 Responsible for managing and implementing the project sustainable construction documentation targeting certification in Estidama pearl rating.
 Carry out criteria submission reviews and audits, gained through having worked with the rating systems in, or alongside, a multidisciplinary design team.
 Coordination with the project MEP, Architects, subcontractors, and all the Design and Development Team with regards to project sustainability requirements.
 Conducts induction training for sustainability awareness with the site project personnel.

- QA/QC in-charge for a major school project for ADNOC at Madinat Zayed Western Region and Al Falah Future Schools for ADEC/MUSANADA.
- Full time PQP targeting Estidama 3 Pearl rating for Al Falah Future School Package 5 in Abu Dhabi and Estidama 2 Pearl rating for Kizad Warehouse in Taweela.

 Responsible in organizing, implementing, conducting, and managing the QA/QC programs as per the company’s quality policy and contract specification requirements of the projects/division.
 Coordinating the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with project team and ensure the QA/QC validation have been done, issues, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
 Work as a front line engineer, monitoring and recording the required tests and inspections made as per the contract plan and specifications to attain quality requirement.
 Liaise with Client’s representative for the conduct of day-to-day quality related activities of the project.
 Coordinating with the Project Manager/Site Agent regarding work performance and had the authority to stop in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected, and cancelling the stop work order or Non-Conformance Reports upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
 Reporting to the QA/QC Manager (H.O) on the performance of the IMS in the projects and any need for improvement.
 Ensuring that Non Conformance Report (NCR) is raised once the activities are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
 Coordinating with the project staff in compiling & maintaining pertinent records of inspection and testing until the end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention, on completion of the project.
 Attending Monthly Project Review Meetings (PRM), discussing the agenda items in detail and making the project team aware of the importance of recognizing potential problems and action them before they become critical.
 Reviewing completed procedures and verifying compliance with specified contract requirements for format and contents.
 Regularly and at intervals agreed with the PM and QA/QC Manager, audit the project quality management system and review the Project Management Manual.

 Ensure that works are being constructed in accordance with the approved drawings and specification.
 Ensuring safe working procedures are followed in accordance with the site safety plan.
 Ensuring that progress of the works is in accordance with the Contractor’s Programme Of works.
 Production and implementation of the necessary quality procedures and method statements for the works to be carried out in their sections.
 Ensuring that progress records are maintained in a format as required by the Planner.
 Carry out any other duties allocated by the Construction/ Project Manager.
 Liaise with the concerned Foreman to ensure that all labour and plant is available when required and used effectively at all times.

 Responsible for solving the computer problems and its software for Bellsouth FastAccess Internet Service based in Florida, USA.
 Email and internet problem solver.
 Indicating location of services for the customer.
 Maintain proper register for issue of internet modems and its accessories.
 Issuing modem products for customers only if authorized by the Operation Manager.
