• Supervises and leads a team responsible for labeling and tracing of the following cables; HV and LV Cables, Power Cables, Control Cables and Fiber Optic Cables from Main Depot to on track and off-track manholes and Signal Fiber Optics to Control Stations including TPS and SER rooms.
• Ensures that all traced and labeled Cables (HV, LV, Power, Control and Fiber Optics), matches with the corresponding Services Drawings.
• Maintain communication with immediate superior regarding site issues and resolution.
• Interpret specifications and shop drawings and delegates the job and assign duties to electricians
• Prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety programs are established and followed as required for specific location.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Plan new or modified electrical installation to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly and unreliable wiring, consistent with specification and local electrical codes
» Plan wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, as well as control and distribution equipment such as switches, relays and circuit breaker panels
» Responsible for testing of circuit continuity and ensure compatibility and safety of components
» Inspects wiring and fixtures and ensure that it conforms with specification and local electrical code.
» Advise Electrical Engineer of technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical equipment

» Maintain communication with the clients and main contractors regarding service issues and resolution.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Installation of main power supply and services of batching plant
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Generators
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Switch Gears
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Clean Earth, Earth Pit & Lightning Protection.
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Sub Main Distribution Board (SMDB) & Distribution Board (DB) Feeder and Outgoing cables.
» Responsible for Testing of Power & Lighting cables.
» Maintain communication with the clients and main contractors regarding service issues and resolution.
» Prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety programs are established and followed as required for specific location.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Transformers
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Switch Gears
» Responsible for Testing & Torque of Bus duct / Riser
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Clean Earth, Earth Pit & Lightning Protection.
» Responsible for Testing & Commissioning of Sub Main Distribution Board (SMDB) & Distribution Board (DB) Feeder and Outgoing cables.
» Responsible for Testing of Power & Lighting cables.
» Maintain communication with the clients and main contractors regarding service issues and resolution.
» Prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety programs are established and followed as required for specific location.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
» Responsible for stocks, spare parts and handling materials.
» Responsible for supervision of operational management of all aspects of the remote properties to assure maintenance of approved quality standards.
» Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance for the properties.
» Responsible for a positive prompt response to requests from building tenants and for the implementation of ongoing contract programs to constantly assess tenant needs and to assure problems are being solved promptly, and to the mutual benefit of the tenant and the properties.
» Partakes in the selection of contract services, vendor negotiation of service agreements, and daily monitoring of vendor performance. Obtain and analyze pricing for contract work selecting best price for services provided for client.
» May work with Manager, Facilities in the development and administration of the Property Plan and Budget, subject to the approval of the Director, Facilities.
» Prepare, coordinate and ensure that all fire, life safety programs are established and followed as required for specific location.
» Assist with the collection, analysis and reporting of data addressing operations.
» Maintain communication with the clients regarding service issues and resolution.
» Provides valuable input to Manager on staff performance, hires and terminations.
» Oversee facilities and maintenance staff to ensure continuous service to client.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

» Knowledge in motor rewinding & motor control.

• 1, 000 KVA Detroit Diesel Generator set
• 500 KVA Caterpillar Diesel Generator set
• Diesel & Automatic Fire pump
» Control wiring of the following:
• Coater Machine
• Feeder Machine
• Mailander Press Machine
• Coil Cutting Machine
• Up-Ender Machine
• Pay-Off Machine
• Un-Loader Machine
• LTG Oven
