o Project/Design Management;

- Keep project team well informed of changes/updates.
- Make sure of effective coordination among all design disciplines.
- Liaison with all Project Stakeholders.
- Risk Management

o Projects Control Management:
- Overall management of the project design and construction phases to successfully deliver the project in the prescribed quality, on time and within the budget.
- Manage key project collaboration between the Client, Consultants and Contractors to ensure that all correspondence pathways are efficient and controlled.
- Analyze Progress Information and take remedial actions, as appropriate.

o Quality Assurance:
- Company quality representative; responsible for monitoring the implementation of Project Quality Plans through internal audits and management review meetings.
- Provide guidance, induction and training to project staff with respect to any aspect of quality assurance and control in line with the project quality management system.
- Leading the Tender Documents preparation team, maintaining the quality requirements of all design disciplines and eliminating opportunities for unexpected variations during construction stage.

o Conceptualize the architectural Design.
o Producing detailed working drawings, tender applications and presentations.
o Work closely with various clients.
o Arrangements of buildings licenses including official letters and correspondences with the related authority. (i.e. Abu Dhabi Municipality)
