deployed.
-Handling SAMA cases in the application support department and following up until the issue is resolved.
-Handling business cases in the application support department and following up until the issue is resolved.
-Making Daily reports regarding the incidents for the application support department.
-To perform any other IT related task assigned by the Line Manager or the director of the department.
-Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements.

-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
