HR Generalist Role:

Managing all operations for three floors Office, Warehouse & Disaster Recovery Site, including 200 Employees, Visas, Field Employees Fleet, Trade Licences, Health & Life Insurance Schemes, Office Reception, PROs, Travel Desk, Meeting Rooms, EHS Compliance, Office Events, Utilities and Maintenance. Leading on Expats Relocation within BAT markets.
1. Successfully lead the office move project, new employee contracts, new trade license, employees visa transfers, new office fit out, including furniture orders, closure of previous entity and office.
2. Managed the move of 25 employees from Levant office to Dubai to support the office merge post the operations closure in Lebanon.
3. Developed efficiency-enhancing workflow/process improvements within PRO team and office reception.
4. Decreased expenditures 15% by implementing inventory controls and standardizing ordering procedures.
