• End to end recruitment cycle management for live local and global vacancies across all internal functions
including sourcing & screening; interviews; offer management and onboarding support.
• Coordination for updating the job descriptions
• Updating the departments hiring needs and working to close the vacant positions
• Screening job applications and interviews coordination’s
• Interviewing, evaluating, and analyzing the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience with the
management before processing the employment offers.
• Preparing employment offers and employment contracts of the successful candidates and other pre-joining
requirements.
• Implementing the hiring process of the candidates through HR system Oracle / Bayanati Federal.
• Handling the on-boarding process of the new hires and conducting the on-boarding orientation session for
new employees.
• Preparing the recruitment report with the status of the candidate’s files.
• Insuring all the hiring processes of the candidates are within the Federal Authority of Human Resources
policies.
• Headhunting for senior and niche roles for succession planning and development of a enhanced future
candidate pool.
