Duties:
- Maintaining an up to date Head of Delegation Calendar
- Maintaining an up to date Events Calendar
- Management of EU Residence Calendar
- Updating the Head of Delegation (HoD) Contacts Database on a daily basis
- Backing up the Assistant to the HoD and other sections secretaries when needed
- Translation of simple documents: English into Arabic or vice versa
- Registration of telephone messages. Call back
- Keeping schedules and appointments
- Attending meetings inside and outside the Delegation and taking minutes
- Typing notes and other documents
- Filing
- Assist in setting up meetings, conferences, seminars & workshops
- Travel arrangements (tickets, hotel reservations)
- Organizing with the Administration Section availability of transport (car / driver)
- Other support activities to members or sections of the Delegation, like clearance of personal belongings, sending invitation cards
- Preparing simple designs for invitation cards and electronic invitations to be sent to guest lists
- Conducting an electronic invitations campaign for different events organized by the Delegation
- Assisting in the outside events which takes place in the Head of Delegation's
Residence or in any other location
Was mainly in charge of organizing events taking place at the EU Residence and assisting the Assistant Head of Delegation in normal office secretarial work
Events Management and other Administrative supervisory work
Handling Client Relations for organized events and mainly worked with International Organizations

Briefing about duties:
During my 4 working years at Global Consultants in the field of Events Organizing and Education Consultancy, I have acquired a lot of experience in these 2 fields that I had always felt excited about and looking forward to learning more about it.
My work started with the engagement in Financial and Administrative work then I
could also get involved in other duties such as: sales, marketing, media coordination,
reviewing and checking the spelling of different types of publications, acting as a
personal assistant to the Managing Director. I also enjoyed handling the Client
Relations which helped me gaining more experience in how to deal with different
characters with different nationalities and increasing my self confidence.
