Roles and key responsibility
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Delivering excellent customer service and able to accommodate a huge average of guest dining in the restaurant.
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.
Motivate and inspire team members.
Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
Executes different tasks and provides supports in which needed most for the operation.
Petty cash management/cashier/receptionist/taking orders/multi -tasking
Performs other duties in assisting management as needed and conducting papers work for disciplinary actions, performance evaluation and other papers work concerning to restaurant operation.

To prepare the weekly rotas, ensuring adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times
To supervise and assist the restaurant staff on a daily basis
To input correct cost and retail rates i in the restaurant daily operation report.
To assist with processing the daily cash sheets in conjunction with other supervisors and managers
Monitoring dining section to ensure safety standard.
Ensures compliance and promotes awareness of all safety standards and safe practices for management and operations staff.
Assists the management in achieving their company vision and mission.
Petty cash management/Cash budgeting.
Attending inquiries and customer complaints.
Dealing and management on issues and risks.

Ensure that the product or service meets client's required criteria.
Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
