Job Responsibilities as a Corporate Receptionist:
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Provides general support with visitors
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to create and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases to write business letters, reports and office memo/circular
• Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and Filing of clients and agencies invoices and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests to be transferred to the manager /staff
• Arranging visa for business travels abroad
• Book travel arrangements & Schedules meetings
• Develop and maintain a filling system for all the documents
• Coordinate with suppliers from quotations, purchasing, delivery, LPO, invoice, payment, pending request to follow-up
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports such as; Petty Cash & Payables Report
• Submit & reconcile expense reports
• Maintain contact list
• Maintaining the order of the Invoices from third party (such as DHL, Aramex and others) to avoid late payments


Digital Sales Support
• Gathering screenshots of the ad and make a Powerpoint presentation to check the advertisement stand / design published in the websites
• Do follow ups of the links of the advertisement of the clients
• Support the digital team in terms of doing the follow ups with the materials needed for publishing the ads online in our websites
