Role:
Spearheading all legal matters and legal practices to secure the best interests of the company and their clients
Drafting and vetting of all contracts (business, property, Joint Venture contracts & deeds, Real Estate related contracts).
Attending all legal matters and Arbitration proceedings on behalf of the Company;
Handling statutory compliance (under insurance laws as well as under labour and other laws) and other works like drafting and vetting of contracts and liaison with external agencies on legal issues.
Evaluating impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations on the organisation’s operations.
Interfacing with regulatory and government bodies for rendering in-house advisory as well as facilitating Incorporation of Companies, formation of Joint-
Drafting notices, replies, petitions, suits and objections.
Preparing case material, collecting decisions of courts in India.
Constantly appearing before High Court of Kerala, and various lower courts, representing clients in recovery suits, winding petitions and summary suits.
Responsible for routine office work and overall day-to-day office management.
Independently handled cases in the High Court of Kerala and various lower courts specializing in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Rent law and Labour Law.
