Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Preparation of Interim Payment Application for the Client
▪ Evaluation of Subcontractors Interim Payment Application
▪ Variation Order Claims Evaluation
Preparation of reliable estimate for project studies and analysis
Assessment of tender documents for the preparation of detailed MEP bid packages
Preparation of budgetary estimate, preliminary and detailed tender check estimate
Bid analysis
Evaluation of technical and commercial proposals which include cost breakdown, contract unit rates, project schedules, manpower loading and equipment resources
Quantity checking and re-measurement of variation of client and of sub-contractors
Evaluation and assessment of sub-contractors billing base on the approved inspection report
Evaluation of Subcontractors Interim Payment Application
Variation and Main claim preparation
Contracts administration
Evaluate additional works and changed orders of the subcontractors.
Supervises all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved Work Sequence and Methodology.
Interprets and executes plans and specifications.
Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and problems related to work activity.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractors works on proper execution and compliance to Quality Plan.
Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site.
Evaluates and checks work accomplishments versus submitted billings.
Ensures that all materials to be installed complied with the approved submittals and tests.
