Monitoring of Al Hazm Mall prémisses th rough CCTV IP camera technologies.
Monitoring and operating of fire alarm system and dispatching technicians in case of malfunction or ground security and safety officer in case of alarm.
Closely working with firefighting team of Al Hazm Mall and Doha Emergency Services.
Making the schedule for all the control room staff.
Applying all health and safety rules and regulations as dictated by the company management in order to prevent any unwanted incidents.
Staying up to date with all the legal requirements.
Keeping track of minor and major events/incidents and writing daily reports.
Key management/endorsement. Keeping a detailed record of all the Al Hazm Mall keys.
Coordination through walkie-talkie with all ground security team, HSE, Medical team, Maintenance sector, Housekeeping and Contractors.
Responsible of audio control panel (mall background sound/music and brief announcements).
To understand the importance of codes of practice, operational procedures and guidelines in CCTV operations.
To discuss and demonstrate how a CCTV system and its equipment operate.
To explain the different type of legislation that impacts on CCTV operations.
To discuss and evaluate different types of incidents and how to deal with them.
To discuss and demonstrate surveillance techniques and health and safety in the CCTV environment.
To discuss emergency procedures in the CCTV control room and Ground Security dispatching.
Observe the activities of guests and employees in all gaming and money handling areas as well as non-gaming areas.
Report verbally and in writing any violations of the Iowa Racing and Gaming commission regulations to Surveillance Manager. Report violations of Criminal Investigation requirements to Surveillance Manager.
Report violations of Internal Control, company policies, and other department procedures to Surveillance Manager.
Report and offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources to Surveillance Manager.
Maintain compliance with in department procedures and policies.
Maintain the operation of the Surveillance equipment and reporting any deficiencies.
Must be safety conscious, and adhere to all company rules at all times and Perform other duties as assigned
Monitor establishment activities to ensure adherence to all state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. Observe casino or casino hotel operations for irregular activities such as cheating or theft by employees or patrons, using video equipment and one-way mirrors. Report all violations and suspicious behaviors to supervisors, verbally or in writing. Act as oversight or security agents for management or customers.
