JOB SUMMARY:

A shift electrical senior technician that responsible to attend all electrical problem from any machines like tying machine, compacting machine, over head cranes, cold shear and other steel rolling mill machinery during the plant operation. And to provide necessary action to rectify the problem to avoid delay from the flow of operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Perform routine inspection to the equipment as indicated in our preventive maintenance program to ensure that all electrical and electronics equipment is working properly.
 Identifies problem and take necessary corrective action.
 Troubleshoot and repair the defective electrical and electronic devices.
 Inspect, test, and install all incoming electrical and electronic equipment such as AC motors, DC motors, photo detectors, proximity switches, electronic cards for the drive and brake assembly for the overhead crane to ensure conformance with our product specification.
 Calibrate, inspects, clean and replace all the electrical and electronic equipment to ensure and maintain the smooth and proper flow of the production process.
 Conduct daily, monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance checklist for maintenance program and keep maintenance record.
 Conduct preventive maintenance for all electrical and electronics devices, such as electric drive filters, inverters, converters, all electrical control panel and all PLC panel, to prevent the possibility of electrical system malfunction during the operation.
 Responsible to provide all electrical needs of my co-worker during plant operation and maintenance.
 Coordinates and receive instruction regarding to all electrical works from electrical foreman and supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY:

A day crew electrical technician that performed the preparation of all electrical spare like electric motors and other electrical equipment that use to textile machinery and conduct preventive maintenance to all water pump and fan motor for the air condition system of the plant.
