Administering and Monitoring of all the Status of Heavy Machineries,
Equipments, and Vehicles of the company.

Preventive Maintenance Monitoring of all the Machines/Equipments
mainly on its Hour Meter and Kilometer Reading.

Status.

Data Encoding of all the Reports, Spare Parts, Oil Usage, Service
Maintenance Reports, Breakdown Reports to the System Software of the
Company.

All paper works such as notices, inter-office memos, invoices, purchase
orders, replenishment of petty cash, cash invoices, check invoices and all
paper works given by the General Manager.

Scheduling and Coordinating of all the Equipments/Vehicles Inspection
date and place for the renewal of Estimara Licenses (WOQOD FAHES) and
Third Party Certification (TUV SUD)

Document Controlling for all of the Equipments/Vehicles Estimara,
Insurance and Third Party Certification as well as Gate-passes for site
entry and also Document Controlling for all the Employees Documents such as Pataka ID, Visas, Passports, Drivers License, and Certifications.

Timekeeping and Preparing for the daily attendance of all the Workshop
Employees and as well as preparing of their monthly timesheet for salary
issuance.

Preparing of Daily Status Report of all the Equipments/Vehicles place of work and machine status as well as the delegation of operators and
drivers.

Human Resource Managing of all the incoming and outgoing employees in the company as well as issuance of memos, warning letters and coordinating to foreign recruitment agency for the completion of
government requirements between Qatar and Foreign Recruiting Body for incoming employees and preparation of final settlements exit money and booking of flight for outgoing employees.

Preparing and Coordinating for the completion of all the requirements of new employees such as Preparation of Job Offer, Joining Date Letters,
