1. Conducts Geophysical Surveys using the Tetrameter (Wenner, Schlumberger and Azimuthal Resistivity Survey).
2. Processing of Geophysical data, Remote sensing and G.I.S.
3. To conduct and supervise practical sessions in the laboratory for undergraduate students.
4. To perform special duties as may be given by the HOD or Chief Technologist.
5. Maintenance of laboratory equipments.
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Receives products and coordinates delivery.
• Prepares loads for shipment.
• Takes steps to avoid quality control issues.
• Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
• Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles.
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
