Working as a Digital Lead for the Digital Services Group (DSG). My roles and
responsibilities include the following,
- Capture high profile IBM events
- Video record client testimonials
- Handling the team by allocating resources for various projects
- Editing video footages captured during various IBM events
- Work with vendors to procure video equipment for the video shoot.
Final Cut Pro Editor
Capturing or copying the videos and audios from the given hard disk or tape. Store them accordingly. Convert the video files if needed. Creating a rough cut of the video and determining the final cutting for the next and final stage. Colour correcting the video and sync with the audio. Final Cutting according to the story board. Exporting to different formats followed by the client's instruction. Uploading the edited files to ftp server.Maintain the daily work report.
Capturing video from different types of tapes. Store the videos and the given audios accordingly, Creating a rough cut of the video and determining the final cutting for the next and final stage, Colour correcting, Keying (If needed) the video, Adding sound effects and dubbing the Audio. Final Cutting according to the story board. Exporting to different formats for DVD making and online streaming.
Assisting the Cameraman for Multi cam shooting. Recording the live audio to the system using Adobe Audition or Sound Forge. Capturing video from tapes. Store the video and captured audio accordingly. Syncing the multi camera videos and the master audio. Rough cutting the video, Colour correcting and keying the video. Final cutting the video and exporting for broadcasting purpose.
