• Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of health and safety strategies.
Undertaking risk assessments.
Liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with mandatory regulations.
Investigating any accidents on site and documenting reports and recommendations.
Undertaking site inspections to ensure that policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Delivery of Construction (Design and Management) and creates a number of specific health and safety roles for design and construction.
Review of contractor documentation.
Interfacing with clients and design teams on a project basis.
Monitoring the contractor's HSE project compliance liaising with regulatory authorities and project standards.
Project Safety Consultant
Responsible to ensure Occupational Health & Safety of the workers, safety of the equipment and environment in general in the sites complying with approved H&S manual.
Responsible to ensure contractors follow the approved project H&S manual along with DEWA H&S procedures and DM Code of Construction Safe Practice.
Monitor all HSE activities & coordinate to Contractors Project manager
Organize Monthly HSE Meeting to all contractors.
Conduct annual H&S audit and follow up audit to contractors in order to confirm compliance and record.
Responsible of ensuring implementation/follow up of the recommendations/remedial health & safety measures/advises given by H&SS DEWA in line with tender specification or approved contract administration procedure and approved H&S manual.
Carry out HSE Inspection of workplace and report forwarded to contractors for remedial corrective action.
Provide necessary advice, information and support in the effective implementation of the HSE Management System requirements and HSE plan.
Organize safety campaigns, competitions and other programs to promote HSE at workplace.
Investigate all accidents and incidents fatal, near miss, dangerous occurrence and recommend preventives action at sites.
Analyze and review HSE plan and Risk assessment submitted by all contractors.
Suplement site inspections and relevant HSE trainings on the jobsites in co-ordination with HSE Manger.

Advising line management in preparing risk assessment for critical activities.
Conduct HSE meeting asper project requirements.
Conduct HSE induction.
Coordinate to the procurement department to ensure the quality and enough supply of PPE in the site.

Duties and Responsibility:
Provide advice, information and instruction on HSE Procedures.
Conduct HSE inspections and surveillance on the work site.
Participating safety tours and safety audits.
Conduct and Investigate accident and incident and report to HSE Manager.
Review, analyze and develop incident and injury prevention startegies in the area.
Promote safety culture and awareness in the site.
Rectify any found deficiency and report directly to HSE Manager.
Assisting clients on the site and make them satisfied.
Act as a Sr. HSE Officer.
