• Takes responsibility for accurate and timely issue of quotations, Proforma Invoices and Invoices to customers
• Coordinates with the different departments for timely supply/ delivery of materials, issuance of sales documents and consistently does follow ups to customers
• Takes accurate purchases of material supplies to different vendors
• Collects up-to-date information on the status of orders from various company branches, suppliers, and the number of sales attained.
• Reports to division manager
• Prepares Management Information System (MIS) for the division manager; keeping an accurate records of monthly and annual sales figures on a computer database
• Maintains an organized and systematic piling, tracking, and storage of important documents/ records, and other office equipment
• Attends inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business
• Maintains good relations with our customers as well as the whole sales team
• Teaches Values Education to High School students
• Prepares academic requirements: lesson plans, grades, modules, and plantilla
• Facilitates Group Dynamics and Teambuilding
• Conducts career guidance seminars, career fair and events for High School students
• Conducts routine, special, and intensive counseling to students
• Assists and guide the students with their personal, academics, and career plans
