am currently working for Sephora Middle East LVMH group as a category merchandiser since 4 years, managing the visibility of over 150 luxury brands such as window displays, pop up stores, events ( Dior, Chanel, L’Oréal and groups Coty, P&G … ) in emerging markets UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and KSA.
During my experience with Sephora I have strategically assigned brands visibility and animations to leverage the shopping experience, increasing the quality of space and products ensuring their success in the markets and increase sales. I have suggested and implemented design solutions by referring to new ideas and best practices which has leveraged the quality and allowed more performant services, guaranteeing that the product were in line with the Sephora guidelines and global strategy . My objectives and incomes targets were constantly achieved, and the designs and functionality were improved . Budgeted the cost of launching several events to increase brands awareness. I have brought step changes in the quality and speed of the internal communications thanks to the creation of a new tools .
