Role:
• Spearheading a team of 350 plus members and controlling 410 plus vehicles & reporting to Group CEO.
• Manages annual budget in excess of QR 75 Million, approves monthly expenditures, and ensure company resources are optimally allocated among all divisions to maximize profits.
• Acting as In-charge for:
o Manages the day-to-day operations of the company and provides daily orders/support to each section head in ensuring quality, revenue targets & budget performance.
o Oversee the timely delivery of waste management projects and Equipment Rental, Water Supply, Cleaning services (including attending client meetings, writing, and reviewing reports, strategies, and application documents)
Role:
• Spearheading a team of 148 members for managing total Dubai and Abu Dhabi Operations
• Acting as In-charge for:
o Complete waste management operations in International City, Dubai under MBM Facility Management, Dubai for the client M/s Nakheel PJSC, Dubai
o Total logistics solution serving for major clients like M/s Maersk, M/s LTI, M/s MFL, etc.
o Fleet maintenance & management of Bahiya and other islands for MBM Dallah, Al Ain
• Furnishing total turnkey sweeping solutions, handling waste collections, and supplying special equipment especially sweepers / compactors to Dubai Airport by M/s Al Naboodah, Abudhabi Airport by L&T, M/s Lavajet, M/s Alphamed Co LLC, M/s Averda, M/s Dulsco, etc.
• Supervising the requirements to develop internal control systems in areas of operations, maintenance, finance, inventory management, receivables, and payables.
Role:
•Led a team of 46 members for managing total logistics solution (marketing, operations, and technical maintenance of light, medium, heavy vehicles like compactors, road sweepers, trucks, wheel loader, tankers, cleaning equipment, cranes, etc.)
•Developed reported on preventive, predictive, and time-based maintenance (TBM) of heavy trucks and equipment.
•Sustained the minimum inventory of spares / lubricants / oils for all vehicles.
•Functioned as in-charge for the preparation of MIS report and submitted the same to the management.
•Involved in leasing vehicle and equipment based on company requirements.
Achievements:
•Significantly formulated business plan which included feasibility studies, business analysis, interpretation, and suggestion / recommendations to the management for the new projects
•Instrumental in achieving cost savings through outsourcing, thereby saving AED 550, 980 p.a.
