• Sets daily, weekly, and monthly volume goals for client presentations, applications taken, submissions and funding.
• Prepare, analyze and verify mortgage loan applications.
• Responsible for timely, accurate, and complete loan file submissions to Underwriting.
• Ensure the customer is placed in the loan program which fits the best interest of the customer's overall goals and expectations of the loan.
• Educate and inform the customer of the terms of the loan.
• Develop a consistent client base of realtors and borrowers to gain leads and referrals.
