• Primary point of contact for global relocation management companies and their partner companies in UAE for providing mobility services and managing their expectations on the service delivery in UAE according to service level agreement ( SLA).
• Designed, developed and assessed the supply chain process flow for 6000 employees relocating to UAE and presented to world’s leading healthcare clinic in Abu Dhabi.
• Trained and managed 11 consultants of 5 different nationalities located in Middle East region offices for various types of mobility services by creating an effective operational strategy involving the service parameters.

• Conducted revenue, margin and cost analysis of each services provided and developed a report on the areas of cost generation and developed a plan for service delivery effectiveness for the accounts managed.
• Reviews tenancy agreement and negotiates the clauses of the addendum with the landlord and real estate agents in accordance with legal regulations governing the city of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Works closely with the local team of human resources of leading companies in IT and telecommunication sectors in providing relocation services for their executives.

• Assessed risk and developed an operational plan for a relocation of leading Instrumentation Company of 250 employees in 4 days from 2 different locations to final location.
• Developed a regional corporate bid in the real estate sector and generated monthly revenue of AED 50k.

• Negotiated with suppliers on the packing materials to achieve the cost benefit goal which led to savings of 16% of the budget for the start-up in UAE.
• Identified new business opportunities through networking and leads from various industry leaders which led to the signing of a global relocation services contract with a largest telecommunication firm in providing assistance to more than 200 employees.
• Generated annual turnover of averaging AED 600k.

• Trained 30 staff members in operations on the packing and service delivery standards of FIDI- FAIM.
• Initiated and designed an advertisement for segmented market advertised in the local newspaper that led to an average increase of monthly sales calls by 5%.

• Analyzed consumer buying behavior of the SKU’s through merchandising and developed a strategy by placing the Frito Lay stands in key visible location that led to increase of revenue by 5%.
