The newly constructed Al Swailem Tower is being modified to Hayatt Regency Hotel, as per Hayatt International Technical Services ( HITS ).
HITS Design Recommendations and Minimum Standards provides the recommendations and minimum standards for the various areas, and the materials, systems & components to be used during the design development and construction of all newly Hayatt International Hotels.
As per HITS Engineering Recommendations and Minimum Standards, some MEP Installation works are reconstructed with design review.
• Successfully modifying Al Swailem Tower to Hyatt Regency Hotel as per the Hyatt International Technical Services (HITS).
• Recommending design and minimum standards for the various areas, materials, systems and components to be used during the design development and construction of all newly Hyatt International Hotels.
• Reconstructing MEP installation works as per the HITS Engineering recommendations and applying design review.
• Contact the specialized sub contractors such as swimming pool & Jacuzzi, Steam distribution plants, Kitchen & Laundry and landscaping to finalize and complete the works.
• Provide all existing details to new MEP designer to modify the design as per Hayatt standard.

At Presently the MEGA project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, involving 32 & 17 stories two Office Towers and 22 & 15 stories two Residential Buildings.
Leads Site mechanical staff in a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific Engineering discipline for a particular area of the project.
Ensure work is in line with approved drawings and project specification
Check builders work drawing & shop drawing for HVAC,
Plumbing & Drainage system
Duct designing & CHW pipe designing.
Reviews consultants’ designs and specifications to determine the required sizes, types, capacities, and powers of electrical installations and work to be used.
Execute the electrical work as per the approved shop drawing and the progress as per the approved construction program for accurate and timely installations.
Reporting to the Project MEP Director to ensuring the work is in line with
approved drawings and project specification
Degree in Bsc ( Engineering ) specialized in Mechanical Engineering
