• Review of design products, buildability and Constructability from inception to execution.
• Review and evaluate interfaces between existing utilities and new design, raise TQ’s to Engineering Department and discuss possible solutions and technical support.
• Keeping high levels of health & safety and wellbeing standards within our schemes and programme level.
• Coordinate and support engineer of other disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom
• Alerting Management about changes or deviations in the work scope and ensuring quality established in the contract.
• Able to establish & review project Baseline schedule, activities sequence, planning & resource requirements. Checking critical path to schedule sensible activities.
• Managing daily works on site, Inspection and supervision of drainage, roads, water and waste-water services, quality assurance, bill of quantities changes, value engineering revision, reports and others.
• Development and evaluation of construction works.

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Able to establish & review project schedule, activities sequence, planning & resource requirements.
• Project Progress: Track project progress in-line with the schedule& costs
• Contractor management: Manage multi discipline contractors, challenge poor performance & quality issues. Attend key meetings & highlight areas of concern.
• Change management: Control project changes by reviewing design, specifications, coordinating with key stakeholders. Initiate change request with backup cost estimates.
• HSE: demonstrates commitment to HSE by enforcing company standards on-site
• Procurement: Strictly follows the Aramco specifications and standards. Follow up with vendor meetings and eliminate delays between contractor and vendors.
• Inspections: Willing to undertake site (or contractors workshop, fabrication yard) inspections to ensure compliance of the works with approved drawings and specifications.
• Carry out other discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Steel structure, Piping, Hot Tap) duties as per project manager requests.
• Filling, sanding down, stain-guarding, painting all types of wood, walls and plaster finishes
• Re-adhere beading, floor tiles, architraves, etc.
• Mastic seal to various items
• Fence and boundaries repairs, painting and installation
• Cement-fill cracked or loose pathways/paving
• Ease or adjust door/window catches, adjust door closers
