Warehouse and Showroom Coordinator and Storekeeper
➢ Controlling incoming/outgoing goods with proper documentation.
➢ Responsible for removing sold last piece items from the display and dispatching the same to the store with proper documentation.
➢ Report to the management any breakage/ damaged caused by carpenters, helpers, customers and any other individuals.
➢ Supervised while loading and unloading.
➢ Make sure that the sales order number; required number of items / packages from and to showroom and item code are mentioned on the repacked items and dispatched accordingly.
➢ Coordinate with stores and other branches in respect of stock movement.
➢ Prepare the delivery schedule, obtain the approval form the Accounts Department and confirm the delivery with customer one day before passing it to the stores.
➢ Conduct the physical verification of inventory and submit variation report to the management.
➢ Supervise the loading area activities, cleanliness and also supervise items stored in the basement area..etc.
➢ Maintain proper records for the items returned by the client and inform the Accounts Department and the sales staff concerned.
➢ Responsible for the stock and maintain all documents related to the physical movements of the stocks.
