-Preparation of SLA for vendors as appropriate. OPS and MKT manager to approve
-Update of Sharepoint intranet for OPS
-Update of Info Screens
-Reporting of safety incidents in Synergy (APMT’s HSSE incident reporting system)
-Support to Agent
-Ad hoc tasks for OPS
