Principal accountabilities:
-Create/produce/maintain reports and graphs related to OPS
-Perform analysis related to the profit and cost allocation per customer
-Ensure that effective and correct KPI measurements and reports are produced within deadlines
-Assist OPS Management with Budget Figures and perform analysis of the actual figures compared with the budgeted to investigate deviations
-Ensure settlement of projects related to staff assistance in other terminals or assistance from other terminals/vendors incl. provide the necessary documentation for FIN in these matters
-Invoicing of vessel and yard handling
-Responsible for billing set up and procedures hereto in close co-operation with OPS manager
-Updating Time registration together with OPS department
-Salary handling of all dock workers(on contract as well as from pool) in due time
-Assist OPS management with weekly move count/budget
-Claims responsible - incl. all handling of incidents and primary contact to claimants and insurers handlers
-Preparation of SLA for vendors as appropriate. OPS and MKT manager to approve
-Update of Sharepoint intranet for OPS
-Update of Info Screens
-Reporting of safety incidents in Synergy (APMT’s HSSE incident reporting system)
-Support to Agent
-Ad hoc tasks for OPS
Principal accountabilities:
-Invoicing of work orders
-Training responsible for the EMR department
-Promark administrator (time recording system for Blue Collars)
-Salary handling of all blue collar EMR employees due time Responsible for the Blue Collars itineraries
-Ad hoc tasks for EMR and HSSE
-Reporting of safety incidents in Synergy and Easy (report system of the National Board of Industrial Injuries)
-Referent at several meetings in the HSSE department
