• Reporting to the Manager Director (Priority) and Admin Director.
• General administration duties and secretarial support to various Departments.
• Diary management, effective filling system, Department petty cash handling.
• Support and responsible for the travel arrangements (Tickets, Hotel reservation, Visas) for the Higher officers, company staff, visitors.
• Responsible for filing and record of all employees.
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications, telephone calls, emails.
• Responsible for the office stationary as well as maintaining and ordering company supplies.
• Making inquiries with several suppliers for the equipment purchase.
• Handling of courier and faxes.
• Responsible for the office inventory.
• Preparing quotations invoices and LPO’s.
• Interacted with prospective customers to determine their needs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for higher staff.
• Creating invoices, filing receipts and dealing with all financial documentation.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks quickly and accurately
• Handling stocks
