Networking
• Troubleshoot any network issued, do necessary network configuration changes, configuration of new servers, PC’s, Avaya and D-link IP Phones, Wireless
Routers and Access points, Cisco, HP, Dax, Edgecore, D-link managed and unmanaged Gigabit switches etc, Create and maintain rules in firewall.
• Creating new domain and active directory users, Intranet support.
• QNAP and Buffalo Network Attached Storages configuration and maintenance.
• Supervise the IT operations and assign tasks to team members, give training to new members and train them. Monitoring employees using employee monitoring softwares.
• Point Of Sale (POS) Machines configurations and maintenance.
• Monitor the operation and security of all network equipment’s.
• Serves as primary contact for all network equipments,
• Create, edit and modify users on Windows 2003, 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 servers
• Maintain documentation and network design/diagram, graph and configuration for all the network equipment.
• Upgradation and installation of server 2008 to 2012 R2.
• Responsible of IDF, MDF room + all network equipment inside
• Keep the inventory of network and telephones up-to-date.
• Installing and maintaining of Microsoft Online Exchange Server in Cloud and office365.
• Good experience in configuration and maintenance of wired and wireless Routers, Access points, Range extender in D-Link, TP Link, Linksys and Cisco
• Hands on experience in Cisco 1900 series router.
• Good experience in Microsoft Small Business Server with Microsoft Exchange Server. Support for Dell and HP Tower, Rack and blade servers
• Maintain and configuration of networking in macbook, imac and Windows to MAC computers
CCTV
• Control, Investigate and Report the movements of all activities within the premises with the help of computerized CCTV Camera System
• Responsible for the IP Camera and CCTV system, all activities and services.
• Set up and install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, and connecting wires and cables.
• Good knowledge in IP and Analog cameras and CCTV system (Installation, Maintenance and Configuration, etc.)
• Plans, continuously evaluate and further develop the Surveillance CCTV locations, Systems and Procedures.
• Perform routine CCTV maintenance services
• Ensure proper recording of CCTV surveillance cameras in the digital videos recorders (DVR) regularly.
• Ensure CCTV camera sourced data is stored for a period of 30 days (Depends on storage).
Bio-Metric Systems
• Administers, monitors Access control and CCTV systems located in the company and remote site monitoring system in remote office locations in the UAE.
• Administers ID badging system, inputs data, scans images, prints ID badges, provide to employees and maintains records.
• Updates employee data in access control system and time attendance management system and maintain the devices properly.
• Prepares and submits monthly audit trail reports of access card transactions (additions/deletions).
• Maintains regular log and records of all activities carried out.
• Maintains stock and stock register for all consumables such as access cards, ID badges, card holders, etc.
• Follow up actions for rectification of faults and replacement of parts.
• Performs other related or similar duties as assigned.
Projects Handled
• Installation of Avaya Phone system (IP Office 500V2 and 1600 series phones).
• Implementation of D-Link IP Phones.
• Installation of Cisco VPN, Sonicwall firewall and Site to Site (Hardware & software) VPN configurations.
• Installation of Access control, Time attendance system, Face Recognition system.
• Hands on experience in structured Cabling.
• Installation of Analog and IP cameras with DVR.
• Installation of Access control systems with Electro Magnetic door locks.
