Making Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Labels for the shipments. Highly organized,
possess strong leadership and negotiation skills. Responsible for the timely procurement and delivery of high quality, low-cost products and the proper processing of assigned customer orders.
Selects and evaluates the performance of suppliers, oversees the customs clearing process and
coordinates the processing of assigned customer orders.
Handle special orders and agreed payment terms.
Participates in the selection of suppliers based on a criteria Conducts a comparative analysis on
supplier prices Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
Choosing the suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction
with them.
Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and
supplies.
Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
Review deliveries against the orders
Track the status of any orders.
Reviewing all the sales inquiry, pricing the inquiries as per the clients requirement and send the Quote to customers.
Support required to Internal sales co-ordinator in solving clients doubts.
