Managing the Banking and Treasure Operations including trade finance with various Banks.
Preparation of Annual Budgeting for the group and at Company level and presenting the same to Management.

business requirements.

the growth of the business. Working of the valuation of business as per various methodologies to ensure that Company has been
Working on the Monthly Sales, Profitability reporting and Working Capital Positions to the Management in India and provide insights on performance of the Company, Variance Analysis and reasons for deviations in results.
Preparation of Capital Budgeting plan for Manufacturing facilities and other capital expenditure having long term enduring benefits. Tracking of actual expenditure based on plan on monthly basis and reporting to management.
Working on the Annual Budgeting Exercise including planning the timelines of Budgeting Process, collection of Information from Business Units, Understanding the Axapta system’s technical parameters from budgeting prospective, deriving the budgeted Profitability.
Reporting to the Parent Company in Germany on monthly basis in accordance with IFRS.
Reporting on the Annual Audit in December each year in accordance with IFRS including FS, Notes to Accounts disclosure.
Working on the Financial Forecasting thrice in the year and analyze the deviations from Budgets at each period and reporting to the local Management as well as Parent Company in Germany.
Preparation of Presentations to the Board of Directors on performance of the Company, Overview on the Indian Economy and key numbers about the Industry.
Ensured compliance with applicable accounting standards, Schedule VI requirements and auditing principles including CARO and Indian
GAAP. Working knowledge of IFRS.
