Managing the Landscape & Fit-out Department, I make sure that each project had been correctly priced, I discuss and set the budget with the procurement team and the project manager, I follow up on the project schedule and contractual matters, I make sure all Quality Procedures are strictly followed and attend meetings with the Client and monitor all types of correspondence.
Finally, I monitor and assist in the Project Closing out procedures and documentations that would secure proper handing over and final account settlement.
