Forecast long and short-range market potential, Preparing quotations, and invoices, Visiting client, and introduce our product trough presentation or by giving company brochure.
Negotiation of prices
Following up with clients till deals closed
Studding the market (checking our competitor’s offers, benefits and prices.)
The work will involve:
Managing clients’ accounts
Generating new business using existing network of industry contacts
Expanding existing clients base with new industry contacts and leads
Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the sales team
Leading, managing, and training other members of the sales team
Achieving sales targets
Delivering sales presentations to mid & high-level executives
Attending meetings with clients at all levels.
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
Acquiring new clients and establishing long term relationships
Completing administrative work as necessary
Conduct regular onsite visits to customers
Primary Responsibilities:
Key Account / Client Management & Sales:
Generation of continuous business from existing accounts
Achieve set sales targets as agreed with Senior Management.
Managing existing accounts - you will need to be highly experienced in analyzing the client’s needs,
Identifying new opportunities, influencing decision makers and closing.
Identifying decision makers - relationship building and enable to build a strong relationship.
Manage Collections & Receivables Business Analysis and Planning
Make contact with all the key clients to determine their staffing and outsourcing services requirements and the support requirements.
• Develop a detailed understanding of client requirements to enable the Delivery Manager and his team to develop Staffing solutions.
Maintain strong communication lines.
Give all the information about properties availability and prices
Follow up with Finance Department if the clients are in payment schedule.
Keeps the track of activities in Customer Relation Management System
Prepare the contracts to the clients
Marketing work:
Sending thanks letter to clients after closing the deals to thank them for their trust and been one of our clients and that
During a new launches I should following up with the other advertisement companies if the brochure, gift items, flags…. etc. are ready
Send invitation to Nakheel regular clients before launching the new projects.
I had to interact with all the other departments of the company; therefore, as a Marketing Staff we have to maintain a positive and professional attitude with the departments, in addition, we should know all the applications.
Solve all the kind of customer’s problems.
Find an appropriate solutions to customers' problems
Initiate conversation to uncover customers' needs
Following the Business codes, Conducts, Ethics and other related policies,
Maintaining ethical behavior at all times.
Answering confidently all kind of clients enquires in an ethical and informative way through e-mails or through the phone or direct contact, to keep their trust
Update any requests made by the customers into the system to complete the task.
Giving appropriate and relevant information to the customers about their situations (financial situation or handover...etc.) and developing rapport with the customer base
Greet the clients by name, have knowledge of account ownership, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude. ..
. negotiate with clients, book appointment, attend meetings, discuss proposals and perform demonstrations of the company’s goods and services. Their job allows them to travel extensively to client locations.
