- Maintain SOPHOS End Point Protection for 300 clients.
- Installation, Configuration and maintain of SonicWALL VPN Device ((NSA 2650 (Central) / NSA2400 / TZ 215 Wireless-N (Remote Location) / TZ 105 (Remote Location)/ TZ 300 (Remote Location)).
- Installation, Configuration and maintainance of Cyberoam Firewall.
- Installation & support for IT equipment’s (CPU, IP Phones, E-mail, Printers etc.).
- Maintain backups
o Database backups on daily basis.
o File Level Tape Backup Weekly.
o Maintain monthly backups on Tape Drive using ARCServe backup software.
o Monthly backups for SonicWALL, Cyberoam, Avaya, Cosec matrix biometric database.
- Maintain CCTV Access of different stores.
- Central management of CCTV visuals using iVMS software.
- Installation, configuration and Maintenance support for different restaurant software’s MICROS, NCR Aloha & Pixel Point. Maintain EDSS (Enterprise Decision Support System) report server.
- Menu, recipe update & promotion update for different restaurants.
- Maintain Digital Screen updations using central console for all restaurants (Magicinfo - Samsung).
- Meet the clients to understand technical requirements.
- Finalize the BOQ for IT Solution as per client needs.
- Visit client site for trouble shooting issues and problem solving.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory, VPN, WAN, WIFI, Firewall, Antivirus, IP Phones.
- Designing and configuration Avaya IP extensions, trunks, voicemail on IP OFFICE.
- Configuration of UTM features like firewall, IPS, VPN, web filtering and anti-spam on Sonicwall and Cyberoam.
- Antivirus installation (Any flavor - Kaspersky, TrendMicro, Microsoft Security Essential, MacAfee, ESET etc.).
- Installation and support for Microsoft products, Autodesk and Adobe Softwares etc.
- VSphere 5.5 Installation and manage, good understanding on Clusters, Datastores.
- Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows / Linux OS and other office productivity applications used in corporate environment on workstations.
- Troubleshooting various issues relating to operating system, local area network and hardware malfunctions.
- Configuration & troubleshooting of e-mail clients MS-Outlook/Outlook Express for Exchange & POP3 accounts.
- Installing, Administrating and Troubleshooting Printers.
