 Site Supervision including Inspection for civil work activities namely: Soil analysis, Soil FDT, Rebar Cutting inspection, alignment of foundations, concrete slump test.
 Witness and attend the checking of alignment of foundation coordinates, elevations and surveying equipment setting on the benchmark with proper record control and reports duly sign by contractor engineers and with client representative available for review.
 Witness for the Inspection of various disciplines: Pipe racks & various steel structures erection, plumbness, bolt tightening & as built dimensional checking.
 Providing a continuous support to the Quality and construction management to achieve the high quality of works in the project and meet the project objectives and requirements.
 Checked the approved backfilled materials for foundations, including compaction per layer and attend crushing of concrete to verify actual strength for 7 and 28 days old.
 Check all installed anchor bolts location, elevation, alignment as per AFC drawings & details. Check all relevant embedded plates for supports, electrical cables conduits and mechanical box out items.
 Witness Surface preparation, Coating Application including Heat Shrink Sleeve (HSS), High Build Polyurethane Application on the field weld joints of Pipelines: 24” dia. Pipeline, 40” & 52” dia. Including Coating Application for Casing Pipes. Inspection for HSS application on the road Casing Pipes Joints, for Micro Tunneling & HDD.

 Supervision and Inspection for all related Civil works activities: Concreting, Rebar’s Cutting, bending & assembly, Formworks alignment, bracing & firmness onsite installation & fireproofing application.
 Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports ( C3 ) for project progress percentage. Estimate the actual materials requirement for concreting, formworks & Reinforcing steel bars and quantity of Fireproofing materials for structural steel members.
 Supervision of site activities and verify that all necessary, updated and latest documents, drawings, details, design engineering standards and specification are used at site.
 Ensure that the inspection results meet the project requirements, procedures, ITP, Method of Statements, Standards & contract specifications.
 Coordinate to existing plant authorities in securing work permits/safety aspects required in the existing operational plant.

• Monitoring and preparation of weekly cost statements/sub-contractor reconciliation's and final account forecasts both for the main project and for sub-contractors.
• Check updated drawing revisions regarding work details changes for Insulation & Refractory works for Boilers, Steam Super Heater, incinerator burners, Combustion Chambers and Cracking Furnace.
• Measurement and valuation of completed work for payment as the work proceeds.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report (C3) for project progress percentage. Also estimate the actual quantity of Insulation materials for insulated pipe lines, pumps, equipments and heaters such as: (Rigid Polyisocyanurate foam, Rock wool pre-formed Pipe Section, Rock wool slab / lags & Rock wool flexible mattress with G.I wire mesh.
• Check the storage conditions for all refractory materials, monitor daily consumption, stock quantity and daily progress of work. Sees to it that all test panels samples, test specimens are prepared by Contractor for every refractory work applications.
• Monitor Refractory work activities such as mixing & application of refractory concrete, fire bricks, blocks on Cracking furnaces, Fired heaters, Reaction chamber, Combustion chamber & steam super heaters at SRU 4 & SRU 5. Observe water temperature during mixing and sequence of application of refractory blocks are properly observe as per vendor designs and details.
• Attend Request for Inspection (RFI) in site activities of Insulation & Refractory work activities of fired heaters, reactors, furnaces, steam drums, boilers and coils in the application of: (Thermal, Acoustic, Cold, Steam & Electric traced Insulation).

• Review and verify the quantities invoiced monthly by the subcontractor for the work done during the relevant month according to the Payment Procedure of the project. Claims preparation and agreement of variations with the subcontractor utilizing the factor system.
• Measure on the drawings the quantities of the work done by the subcontractor periodically, in reference to the B/Q, according to the measurement method of the work provided for in the relevant contract.
 Supervision & Inspection for structural steel fabrication, that include fit up & welding: Cross over pipelines walkways and pipeline valves steel structures.
 In-Charge in the Supervision and Inspection of all related Painting & Insulation activities for pipe spools, pipe support, touch - up for the damaged painting of steel structures, galvanized steel & etc.
 Ensure that all safety requirements and precautions are properly implemented at site as per Client and Company safety procedures.

 Supervision & Inspection of Civil construction at processing area such as Piperack foundation, Pipe support foundation, Elevated Concrete Structures Dress-up Tower Vessel foundation, Equipment foundation, Chemical and Water Storage Tank foundation, Miscellaneous foundation, RCPIT, Sulphur Pit road and paving works, Civil works related to Mechanical/Electrical works such as Sewer Pipeline, Cooling Water Line, Oil Pipeline, Firewater Line and Cable Trenches.
 Evaluate, implement & apply standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modification.
 Supervision of site activities and verifies if all related works are executed in accordance with the standards, drawing and specification.
 Conduct Shop & Site Inspection for Painting & Insulation activities for the Process Units.
 Excellent knowledge in Project Quality Plan, Methods of Statement & Standard Practices

 Supervise the modification and fabrication of structural steel H-shapes, beams and columns for equipment structures, rotary valves & deheptanizer structures, including erection work for structural steel pipe racks and cooling towers.
 Supervision for the construction of reinforced concrete sub-station, satellite and steam generator building such as: formworks, concreting and rebarworks. Check the elevation/ alignment of anchor bolts, architectural finishes, floor tiles, wall painting and acoustic ceiling installation.
 Conduct Surveillance inspection for the pipe spools fit-up and weld visual inspection for structural steel & pipe spools weld joints. Maintain records for daily pipe spool welding / Visual Insp. log.
 Site coordinator with the sub-contractor engineers regarding the civil design, architectural specification and the construction schedule of sub-station, satellite building and steam turbine generator building.
 Supervision for the Painting & Insulation application on the following items: Piping Spools, Pipe Supports, Plates and Check surface preparation including painting application on storage tanks.

 Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
 Overall incharge in the coordination of civil and architectural works to the client representatives and to the sub-contractors engineers, as per Project civil specification.
 Overall incharge in the construction of reinforced concrete sub-station, pipe sleepers, pump foundation, tank foundation and box culvert.
 Knowledgeable in contract specification and drawings
 Site supervision and verify if all related works are executed in accordance with the latest revision of drawings, specifications & procedures.
 Coordinate with existing plant authorities in securing work permits/carry the task as Permit applicant & Receiver

 Project coordinator and consultant for the construction of staff shop, social block, administration and process buildings for Nestle Phil. Inc.
 Manage Project issues, cost efficiency and civil schedule and structural requirements.
 Materials quantity take-off: Floor Finishes & Roofing including Accessories.
 Attends site inspections & witness concrete cubes crushing.
 Coordinate with Sub-contractor’s representatives
 Prepare Technical construction specification, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
 Ensure that all safety requirements and precautions are properly implemented at site as per Client and Company rules & safety procedures

 Design the size of steel structural members for diamond lavarias, vibrating screen and HMS building as per AISC - 1989 and ASCE 7 - 88. Supervise the fabrication of structural steel H - Columns, beams and horizontal bracing.
 Conceptualize lead scoping and design development phases of projects. Evaluate option provide input on design and project execution methods and procedures.
 Monitor & supervise site preparation, survey, structural steel erection, structural concreting, asphalt paving, water proofing, sanitary & plumbing activities.
 Supervise the construction of villas, bungalow’s, duplex apartments and canteen for mining personnel's. Design foundation, reinforcing bars & concrete mixtures.
 Planning and scheduling of work, also estimate the total cost and quantity of materials for diamond washing lavarias and Heavy Metal Separator ( HMS ) buildings.
 Design and estimate the quantity of structural steel members for aircraft hangar, including supervision for the fabrication and erection activities.
 Supervise & design for the construction of concrete bridge and structural steel Accrow Bridge, including construction of roads, drainage system & asphalt paving.

 Project Supervision for the group of supervisor’s/ QC Inspector / foreman & technician to implement the procedure of painting works during shutdown of OIL & GAS Plant.
 Quantity Surveyor for all the works which are surface blasted & painted. Calculate areas in Square meters, including Cost Estimates for every Units that are completed.
 Supervise and monitor in site sand blasting and spray painting works for structural steel buildings, pipe racks storage tanks, stair ladders, boilers, exchangers and furnaces.
 Ensure that only calibrated instrument & equipment shall be used in the project.
 Permit receiver for all works carried out inside the Petrochemical Processing areas: Hot Work Permit, Confine Space Work Permit and Cold Work Permit System.
