-Managing student and lecturer’s data including enrolment, admission, progression, graduation, and workload allocation for strategic decision making in the college
-Overseeing the admission of students to ensure only qualified students enroll based on the international approved framework
-Preparing academic and non academic reports for presentation to the management and the management board
-Curriculum development and review
-Assist in the implementation of the academic strategic goals of the college
-Academic calendars and Workload management
-Coordinating of staff welfare activities within the academic division

Conducting course evaluation to establish the quality of teaching in class
-Assist in the preparation of teaching timetables and representing the registrar in academic meetings
-Conducting Degree and course audits to ensure that only the students who have achieved the required GPA’s and total credit hours graduate
-Preparing academic reports such as probation, dean’s lists, and senate reports for presentation to academic boards and the University Senate
-Coordinating the existing collaboration programs between Daystar University and other institutions
