Preparation of Architectural & Structural Drawings for Stations.
Planning and Preparation of Space proofing Drawings & SOD.
Lead Cad team in Preparation of Preliminary and Tender Drawings.
Quality checking of outstation or contractor’s drawing.
Preparation of Cad standards for Tender Documents.
Review & Design of Alignment
Preparation of working drawings for roads and GAD of structural drawings for quantities.
Planning and Preparation of layout plan, BBS, and embankment quantities for cutting or filling as per the approved profile of the road.
Calculate the materials required for the construction of roads, such as embankment, sub grade, aggregates for GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, PCC and Structural Concrete items.
Scrutiny of Sub-contractors bills, verification of quantities and processing for payments.
Preparation of As Built drawings and reconciliation of quantities consumed.
Execution and Supervision for the Construction of Subways with reinforced Box Structures below the ground level.
Execution and Supervision for the Construction of Cross drainage works like Hume Pipe Culverts, Slab Culverts, Causeways.
Execution and Supervision for the Construction of Minor & Major Bridges, Underpass with R.C.C. and P.C.C. Retaining Walls.
Programming, Planning, Supervision and Co-ordination with Junior Engineers & other Staff
Preparation of bills, Quality Calculations and all responsibilities in favour of Company.
Providing appropriate lab for Quality Control and Testing as per ISI and IRC Codes for required Standards and Specifications.
The job involved Project Planning, Site Management and Quality assurance of several projects of multi storied buildings undertaken by Chandy’s Constructions in Kerala. I was in independent charge and therefore had opportunity to handle all aspects of the project work including preparation of bill and submission to the client.
