Logistics Management- Dispatch and tracking of ship cargos via Air, Sea or Road freight, Follow-up on ship chandler’s delivery reports, recording of Log-books related to landed items of incoming ships, Purchasing of required. Equipments and office supplies and stationeries, getting quotes from suppliers for office equipments, recording of warehouse items, assisting the Logistics Manager.
Administrative Jobs:- Servicing and Maintaining of Office machines and equipments (CCTV, Office cameras, telephones, printer machines/ scanners/fax machines EPBX /EPAX), Providing entry-pass, sea-port pass and valid CID approval pass for all customers, handling customer queries, complaints and requests, maintaining of staff muster, handling company telephone bills, sending of invoices to our customers / suppliers, assisting the Operations Team as and when required.

I have taken Executive MBA (E-MBA) in Operations & Marketing in June 2012, I also have a B.Tech IT degree which I achieved in my Under-graduation. I have also done industrial projects as a part of my curriculum. My first project was on how to improve the dry-docking capabilities of GOLTENS company which was a Marketing based project. I am currently doing a project oncritical evaluation and study of Operations in Kanoo Shipping which is a Operations based Project. I have a net GPA of 8.93. (ie 89.3 %)
