I. Currently working as a Production Supervisor in Galadari EDAM International Foods LLC, JAFZA, DUBAI. - (Manufacturer of all chilled & frozen food products) from DEC- 2011 till date.

Nature of work
➢ Reporting to PRODUCTION MANAGER, sole in charge of production activities. Daily production monitoring and preparing work order. Achieve production targets, man management for production & packing activities. Weekly reporting to General Manager
➢ New product development R&D & Introduce new variety of products for hotel division.
➢ Monitoring the quality of chilled products such as mortadela, salamis, chicken breasts and sausages ( taste, temperature, cooking loss)
➢ Bomb preparation for daily production
➢ Maintain inventory of RM & PM to meet production requirement.
➢ Utilised my computer proficiency skills and enhanced the production & GMP levels
➢ To ensure proper storage of packing material and movement, to process on FIFO basis system
➢ To ensure proper storage of finished goods to avoid any chance of infestation cross contamination.
➢ Ensuring rigid implementation of GMP and food safety standards in Shop floor
➢ Plan the lines accordingly to the sales orders, RM / PM availability, manpower and sustain the maximum capacity utilisation.
➢ Taking adequate steps to motivate shop floor level workers to achieve production targets
➢ Training of the operators & workers about company SOP's, Food safety and Hygiene standards and hone their skills.
➢ Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize losses (Materials shortage and wastage, Time, breakdowns)
➢ Ensure all product orders are produced on time in line with the production plan

II. Worked as a Quality Assistant in Global Food Industries, Sharjah. ( manufacture of cream filled and sandwiched wafers, biscuits and chocolates) from June 2010- Dec.2011

Nature of work
➢ Reporting to HSEQ OFFICER, sole in charge of production and packing, looking after quality of the products, work allocation for factory, ensuring the factory functioning in accordance to Sharjah Municipality requirement. Train staff about personal hygiene procedures. Online Quality control in production floor (moisture, ph, taste & appearance of biscuits)
➢ Chemical Analysis of Raw materials (Moisture, Ph, Peroxide value, Acidity, TDS& Brix) and Analysis of packaging materials (GSM and Wrapper traceability), collect swabs from machines and hand swabs, for microbiological Analysis. Leading Housekeeping & pest control activities
➢ Shelf life study of biscuit and Assist R&D for production. Collect controlled samples from every batch for shelf life. Conduct 5S audits in Factory. Weekly Inspection of fire alarm. Submit product samples to SHARJAH Municipality for Export certificates. Assist Documentation Papers for ISO 22000& ISO9001

III. Worked as a Production Assistant in Global Food Industries, Sharjah UAE from (22 .06.2008 - 31.7.10)

Nature of work
➢ Reporting to Production Supervisor, sole in charge of production (1st shift), checking quality of the finished frozen foods ( Burger, kabab and others) . Preparing work order of daily production. Assisting R&D for new product development. Monitoring housekeeping activities and hygiene of the production area.

IV. Worked as Medical Representative in Bangalore Pharmaceuticals Research Laboratory (p) Ltd. Kerala. India ( 2006- 08)

Nature of work
➢ Reporting to Area sales manager. Marketing of different types of medicines throughout Kerala. Increased the company market share from 8% to 17% within two years. During my tenure sale increased more than7% from intended target. Thus company appreciated and awarded best MR in the year 2008


V. Worked as Field Associates for Reliance Infocom, Kerala, India (2004-05)

' Nature of work
➢ Develop the business for Reliance Infocom- phones and broadband services in Kerala in rural areas and made a solid root for Reliance for the Reliance Infocom

(2005-06 part time)
Nature of work
➢ Develop the Insurance business HDFC in three Districts in Kerala and assist premium share holders in all their future plan for their life on a day to day basis thus I had a good experience on the customer care

➢ Develop more outlets and increase the sales of consumer goods in area especially in urban areas in Kerala. Merchandise displays in Shops and Supermarkets for product sales
