• Preparation and maintaining accounts related with manufacturing, sales and purchase accounts, final accounts of companies and banks, analysis and managing of inventory, cash flow and funds flow statements.
• Responsible for the daily Cash/Bank status control, ratio, petty cash management, checking the petty cash vouchers from Branches, bills checking and its payment and reconciliation of cash/bank accounts.
• And well known with payable, that includes payable analysis, payment report, Issuing debit/credit notes, releasing payments to suppliers and reconciliation of supplier’s accounts, utility bills.
• Also deals with reports like financial reports, B/S, P/L, outstanding reports, exception reporting (negative stock and negative ledger), inventory reports and statutory reports such as VAT, CST, TDS, service tax reports, service tax payable report.
• Responsible for personnel accounts like staff remuneration, vacation, deductions, additions, travelling expenses claims, medical claims etc
