- Technical Evaluation of Offers for the Inquired Instrument Items listed above and provides technical recommendations.
- Provide field Engineering Assistance to ensure transfer of design documents into actual construction.
- Man Hour estimation for Proposals.

- Review the Scope of Work and Client specification for execution of work.
- Preparation of instrumentation deliverable list.
- Review Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID’s, Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings and ensure implementation of project Instrumentation and Control system requirements.
- Prepare Instrumentation and Control system design Philosophy, Design Basis and identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the instigation of technical queries to projects/client.
- Preparation and review of engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Participate in HAZOP.
- Participate in meetings with client and vendor representatives, clarify and ensure vendor specifications meet with client requirements in a cost effective manner.
- Prepare Inquiry Requisitions; prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), review vendor drawings and documents. Supervise the review of design calculations, ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications and are within budgeted costs.
- Interface and provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers.
- Configuration and management of AVEVA instrumentation.

- Study project scope and standards of various petrochemical majors in middle east like QP, Ras gas, PDO, ADNOC etc...and complete instrumentation and automation proposal engineering.

- Co ordinate with vendors for techncal and commercial clarification

- Present the proposal to management team for apparoval.
