Assist US based client to send as many cold emails as they want, without needing any technical
skills. My responsibilities includes Purchasing of Domains, Purchase Google Workspace
Create DKIM and DMARC records, etc., Setup Email Accounts into Instantly or Smartlead, Configure
Email Warming, Custom Campaign Requirements, Raw Data Formatting & Management, Email
Cleaning & Verifying, Create Master Inbox, Spam Monitoring, Live Campaign Reporting and
Email List Database Management
• Establish and maintain the existing management system for tracking Projects Department updates on a daily basis.
• Organize team on a daily basis, including job proper scheduling, coordinating with customers availability, arranging community work permit (getting approvals from EMAAR, Nakheel and other Dubai Communities). Coordinate and track team job updates and knowing where they are.
• Prepares reports, data, and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems.
• Manages a team of outsourced maintenance contractors and ensures that maintenance contractors are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be
accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost‐effective manner.
• Negotiate a cost neutral continuation contract with existing and new clients, widen the pool of outsourced contractors as a continuing effort to improve the quality of service offered and also develop a relationship with all existing clients.
• Communicate and liaise directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance, repair works and ensure a quick turnaround to clients.
• Provides support and real-time troubleshooting solution to Tier 1 agents in order to minimize call handling time.
• Perform call audits/coaching to Tier 1 agents to help them improve and meet the required targets.
• Handles escalation transfer from Tier 1 agents for complex technical troubleshooting with Intuit Quickbooks (Business Application Software-US Clients). Troubleshooting involves installation, error messages and multi-user setup (wired and wireless networking with Windows Operating System i.e. Win Server 2003, Win Server 2008, Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7 and Win 8).
• Performs all clerical duties for the Library Director
• Provides support to Librarians especially the Technical Services Librarian
• Provides Instruction on the use of the Self-Check stations, OPAC and Library Electronic Resources to all PMU Students, Instructors and Employees.
