•Issue SRN once receipt of invoices and alert accounts for release of payment as per the stipulated time limit in the PO contract.
•Carry out returns in ORACLE in case of refund amount or any discrepancy in the material.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

•Interacts with Business units / departments for processing travel and accommodation requests.
•Build a good business relationship with hotels and travel agency in and around KSA.
•Request for quotations from hotels and get corporate rates with them.
•Interfaces with foreign embassies in KSA.
•Coordinates with the visa unit, for exit re-entry processes for employees travel outside KSA.
•Collects all required documentation to obtain the security passes, as specified by the client.
