I was hired as Management Trainee- Store Manager in April 2015 and for the period of first 8 months i was appointed as Asst. Store Manager.. Responsibilities were to maintain sufficient stock in store, proper visual merchandising, scheduling staff timings, DSR report, responsible for taking initaial round of interview for sales executives, training sales executives, sloving customer issues and queries, etc.
